Requirements to Register Private Limited Company
1. Minimum 7 Persons

2. Unique Name
Proposed name should be unique and not resemble existing company/LLP/trademark.
3. Resident Director
At least one director should be resident in India.
4. Capital Requirement
Capital requirement as per business needs and applicable law.
Procedure for Incorporation of Public Limited Company
1. Digital Signature
Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for proposed directors.
2. DIN (Director Identification Number) of all the Directors
Application for Director Identification Number (DIN), if not already available.
3. Name Availability of Company
Reservation of company name through MCA portal.
4. Drafting of MOA and AOA
Drafting of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
5. Final Application
Filing of incorporation application with Registrar of Companies (ROC).
6. PAN and TAN form
PAN and TAN are allotted along with the Certificate of Incorporation. A bank account may be opened thereafter.

3. Identity Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Driving License / Passport) Any One
4. Address Proof (Bank Statement / Electricity, Mobile, Telephone Bill) Any One (Not older than two month)
5. Utility Bill as Proof of Registered Address (Not older than two month)
6. NOC from the Owner of the Premises
